Understandably, the Journal posts found on JoGo Ministries may bring up some personal issues or questions. However, JoGo Ministries is not a counseling center, and since my goal is to encourage and strengthen Christians on their Christian walk, I would advise you to take your personal counseling questions to your pastor, your elder or your local Christian counselor. It’s my hope that you will find the help that you need.
That is correct. Since I am in the infancy stages of utilizing the online delivery system for missions, I have not set up the ministry as a 501c(3) for the very purpose that ministries that are given the non-profit status have to have a Board of Directors and are more established than myself. My hope for the future is to take steps in filing for organizational status in order so that your contributions may have tax-deductible benefits.
Setting up any sort of business takes an investment or resources to keep it going and on a mission. Currently, I have been developing content and studies without any solicitations. However, contributions that are solicited through any JoGo communications are done with the understanding that JoGo Ministries has complete control over the use of all donated funds. It is the policy of JoGo Ministries and Jonathan J Gouthier to meet the needs God lays before us so that Christ is lifted up and the Gospel advanced.
The short answer is, YES! My desire is to be able to produce content that can be purchased and used within small groups as well as individual Bible Study. And, being an artist at heart, I would also like to begin offering small works of Christian-themed artwork and even a gallery of other artist’s work. As of now, I do not have a start date for an online store to launch.
